This page is the contract. Every commitment below applies to every order we ship. If anything here is ever unclear, email us and we will rewrite it.

The 30-day refill

If counts drop, we restock. No forms.

Every order on 1kreach carries a 30-day refill guarantee, starting from the moment delivery completes. If the count drops within 30 days — for any reason, including platform sweeps or account-side actions — we restock you for free.

The process: email info@1kreach.com with your order UID. No screenshots, no proof of drop, no back-and-forth. The restock is typically queued the same day. That is the whole policy.

The commitment

What we will — and will not — do.

We will

  • Deliver on the quantity, tier, and window shown on the package card
  • Refill any drop within 30 days, no forms, no questions
  • Reply to every support email within an hour, any time of day
  • Keep pricing flat in USD — the number you see at checkout is the final number
  • Refund unfulfilled orders in full, or prorate partially-delivered ones

We will not

  • Ask for your password, 2FA code, OAuth token, or session cookie
  • Post on your behalf or touch your account in any authenticated way
  • Resell customer data — ever, to anyone, for any amount
  • Flood your content in three minutes just because the invoice was paid
  • Hide fees, auto-enroll you in subscriptions, or upsell at checkout

Privacy

We collect the minimum, and no more.

The only information we need to fulfill an order is the public URL of your content and an email to send confirmation to. That is it. No account creation. No OAuth. No storing passwords we do not have.

For payment we support Plisio at launch, which means you can complete a purchase in crypto without linking a card, bank, or identity document. When cards and PayPal come online they will be additive — you will still be able to check out with crypto if you prefer.

Refunds

Unfulfilled means refunded.

An order that we cannot fulfill — for any reason on our side — is refunded in full. No processing fees, no restocking fees, no “store credit only.”

Partially-delivered orders are resolved your way: prorated refund on the undelivered portion, a refill to complete the order, or a credit toward a different service. Email us with your UID and we will lay out the options.
